All products are subject to availability, and prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason. Please allow 1 - 4 weeks for delivery of your order REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING METHOD SELECTED.

We charge your credit card the day the order is processed to keep the process simple. If you cancel your order before shipping, we will issue credit to the card you used. Orders cancelled based on delivery time will not be honored unless the product did not ship within 30 days of your initial order. Any descrepencies must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of your package. Damage to any product from shipment must be reported directly to the carrier.

Any offer for "free shipping" is for ground U.S. Mail only, to the 48 contiguous states only, at our discretion. All prices are U.S. Dollars. Please do not select any shipping method for products that are sold with free shipping as your order will be cancelled. Contact us first for any special shipping methods before you order.

Rush orders, such as Overnight, 2nd day, or 3 day delivery requests, must be received by 1pm eastern time and are subject to stock. DO NOT EXPECT RUSH DELIVERY OF ITEMS OUT OF STOCK! To check availability, EMAIL OR CALL US FIRST!

We can only ship outside the U.S., on orders more than $250 and you agree to pay any import/export taxes imposed by your country upon delivery; and all products are that UL listed are valid for the U.S. only.

Some products are meant for use in certain alarm systems by professional technicians. If you are trying to adapt a product for something other than a standard alarm, please contact us with the description of your project or application before your purchase. Products are sold to end users only-others must have an appropriate license or permit for the state they are installing the equipment. If your order is being sent out of the U.S. and is over $1000, please fax us a state issued photo ID along with a copy of the credit card used, to help us prevent fraud. Failure to do so will delay your order.

We are not a "try before you buy" outlet. Our products, in most cases, are highly technical in nature and require some knowledge of electricity and/or mechanical installation procedures. Products will not be accepted for return because you cannot operate or correctly install any product or the product does not meet your country's technical requirements. Cameras require illumination for a suitable picture. Doors and door or window frames must be square for hardware to operate correctly. Contact us via email to discuss your application before hand to avoid problems.

Item descriptions that include the words, "Lifetime Warranty" are serviced directly with the manufacturer for any warranty issues.

Discount codes must be entered at the time of check out. Please do not ask us to apply discount codes once the order has been entered.

Please allow sufficient time to receive items. We cannot be responsible for orders that take an extended time to deliver because of, but not limited to, stock on hand, the reliability of any distributor, manufacturer, or delivery carrier, weather conditions, riots, strikes, floods, etc. Orders for quantity items may be shipped from multiple locations and/or may take longer because of the quantity ordered. You should not plan any job that requires parts until they are delivered to you. Since we only ship a small portion of the parts or equipment ordered from our stock, tracking numbers may not always be provided. If you have not received your order by the 2nd week, please email us and we will try to track your order. Special orders or orders for products that are manufactured outside the U.S. will require more time to deliver. In that case, you should allow the full four weeks for delivery. 

Any backorders will be cancelled after 30 days, unless continuation of backorder is authorized by you.

We offer a 30-day money-back warranty on all new products from date of sale, NOT THE DATE OF DELIVERY TO YOU. Any product listed as, "Special Order, Refurbished, Used, Final, Close Out, or Limited Quantities" are FINAL SALE and are sold "AS IS" and are not returnable for any reason. 

After 30 days, your warranty or service is handled directly with the manufacturer of the product.

TO RETURN A PRODUCT within 30 days of the sale, you must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number VIA EMAIL . Include the invoice number and reason for return. Once we send you an RMA number, send it back, freight paid, to the address we indicate within 15 days (3 weeks) of issuance, with the RMA number plainly marked on the outside of the box. No returns accepted without prior authorization! Product must be resellable, UNOPENED, in the original package. Defective units will be refunded when we determine that customer did not create the defect. When making a return, please include your invoice, all original cartons and packaging materials documents and accessories. Non-compliance with any condition or policy will result in refusal of return or a 15% restocking fee, plus the cost of missing items. No exceptions.

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

Graphic depictions of products are for informational use only and may not always accurately represent that particular product. You are advised to check the specifications listed on the manufacturer's website or call them for accurate information on the product in question. We reserve the right to substitute a non-specific product for another manufacturer's product of equal or superior value.

We strongly urge all customers to have equipment installed by competent, professional and/or licensed technicians for your safety, and the safety of others! If you are unsure about the use or operation of any product or whether or not it is appropriate for you, please email us and we will attempt to specify equipment for your particular application. Some equipment may require local electrical and/or fire construction permits.

We usually give 10% discounts for system quotes and purchases. Please email us only, no phone calls, as we only install in New Jersey. Local customers are offered free estimates by appointment only.

We do not have local pick up for parts-we ship all products for retail purchase.

H.E.S. Electronics, also known as alarmland™, (Company) warrants, for the benefit of the original Customer (YOU), that the equipment being sold is new, unless otherwise indicated, and Company is not aware of any non-conformity between the equipment as shipped and the manufacturer's specification for the goods, and does not know of any defect in the materials or workmanship of the equipment. The only warranties given are those offered by the manufacturer of the product. Company makes no express warranties as to any matter whatsoever, including without limitation, the condition of the equipment, its merchantability, or its fitness for any particular purpose. All products are sold "AS IS" We do not represent nor warrant that the system or any component thereof, may not be compromised or circumvented, or that the system will prevent loss by burglary, hold up, fire, or otherwise, or that the system will in all cases provide the protection for which it was intended. Under no circumstances shall Company be liable to Customer for any loss of profits, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any claims or demands brought against Customer by any other party, even if Company has been advised of the possibility of such claims or demands, and this limitation is intended to apply to all Customer's family, invitees, guests, and other visitors to the Customer's premises. Under no circumstances shall Company be held liable for loss or damage that may be incurred by the Customer or anyone else due to fire, burglary, or robbery, where Company's products have been installed by the Customer or his agent, nor for any damage caused by incorrect assembly or installation, misuse, modifications, acts of God, or reimbursement for Customer's installation time. The laws of New Jersey shall govern all transactions between the Customer and Company, and any dispute or litigation with respect to transactions shall take place exclusively in the State of New Jersey.
