Central Station Monitoring

Central Station monitoring gives you response to your alarm system. Our 24/7 service is a UL Certified station. We also offer Celemetry, alarm.com, Uplink, and Telular services with a basic account.

The Central Station service is customizable, but basically once the alarm signal is received over your phone line, a trained operator will attempt to verify the alarm with you. Then, a call to the local authority is made, and then the operator calls a list of people you specifiy until a responsible person is contacted.

OPTIONAL SERVICES:
More frequent test signals: Every day, weekly
Open/Close Signals: Know who and when arming/disarming was done with monthly reports
Late to close/early to open: Know if someone leaves late or comes in too early.
Two Way Voice: For Medical alarm customers that may need the "Speakerphone" capability to talk to someone at the Central Station if activated.

A monitoring contract is necessary before service can begin.
