Lights when it dectects ringing voltage on phone line. For use on analog ports or phone line only. Unit does not have a pass through port, use a "T" adapter if using this on a line with a phone. ***NOTE*** This light does not "light up a room." It is a very soft light to indicate a ringing phone line-THIS IS NOT A STROBE. This item cannot be returned if the "light is not bright enough." Please contact us for special applications.
